Najawa, A Story of Palestine: Zine Edition

"Najawa: A Story of Palestine" is a 45’ long comic piece created by artist Michelle Sayles in the summer of 2015. The comic tells the story of a Palestinian woman’s life in decade snapshots as she navigates her country under occupation, ending with a vision of future liberation. The story synthesizes together oral history, documentary, and media accounts of life in occupied Palestine to raise awareness about the history of the ongoing Palestinian/Israeli conflict. Check out this awesome video of the artist explaining more about each panel:

The Communal Order of the Ouroboros #2

Just in time for the full moon, The Communal Order of the Ouroboros is back from it's winter hiatus. The Communal Order of the Ouroboros is a highly esoteric yet self-proclaimed open coven for all Communist witches, warlocks, and other magical and/or mystical Marxists. This comic is the magical diary or "Communist Grimoire" told through the first person perspectives of 5 communist witches who start a coven dedicated to using any magical means necessary to overthrow the dictatorship of capital. - Craig E. Ross

St. Guillotine and the Red Mass is a magical music and performance art legion. They are dedicated to using any magical means necessary in the abolition of the existing order of capitalist dictatorship. You can find out more info about them on their Tumblr and Soundcloud.

365 Affirmations for Revolutionary Militants

Cartoonist and Red Wedge Comix contributor Stephanie McMillan has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund 365-day perpetual calendars featuring “Daily Affirmations for Revolutionary Proletarian Militants!” The campaign only has three more days so let's try and get it funded! To learn more about Stephanie McMillan's kickstarter campaign or to donate to the project click here Craig Ross

The “Daily Affirmations for Revolutionary Proletarian Militants” perpetual calendar will be spiral bound with a stand so you can display it on your desk (or wherever). It will feature 365 full-color drawings with inspirational messages for those who define success as overthrowing the capitalist system. Each day you can flip to a new page for guidance and encouragement on the revolutionary path. You’ll be able to re-use it year after year.

Thousands have enjoyed these Affirmations online, and many have written to me to ask for a printed calendar. The print run will be 1,500 copies.

Thanks so much for your help and support!

Solidarity!
